Claim never dealt with and debited after cancellation

<p>I lodged a claim in January, sent photos, saw the assessor etc, everything requested of me. To date and after chasing around for months, the claim has not been processed. I cancelled two months ago and today I have been double debited. Iv requested to speak to a manager for months and I only speak to 2 agents who are covering up what's actually gone on here. The ball has been dropped and when I ask for my call recordings they don't send them. This is now ******* as an FSP, I will go to the ombudsman and report them to the FSB if a manager does not contact me. </p>
