Claim logged in 2014 - still not resolved!

<p>My mother was involved in an accident in 2014 and since then has made every effort imaginable to get her claim resolved - to no avail! She's called and called and sent emails, but when she called yesterday she was made more promises and told that someone would contact her, but still noone has!</p> <p>(see previous post, to which Miway responded but never resolved).</p> <p>Her car still has not been fixed after more than two years. </p> <p>Can someone from Miway car insurance please contact my parents asap and resolve this issue!</p> <p>Policy holder: NS Van der Burg ( ********** 1) Claim no.
