Thank you Josias and Olga for handling this query professionally, and for the vouchers i received when sorting out of the claim. first and foremost i would to apologize for my behaviour, when the worst happen we assume the worst outcome and the stress took control of me but you have proven me wrong, you have paid my claim in full and i am happy with the outcome, i will be back on the road very soon!!
