Claim follow-up with MiWay Insurance

This morning of 01.06.2021, I phoned MiWay Insurance making a follow-up on the claim I lodged with them. Throughout this claim, I have had several discussions over the phone with different agents. However, everytime I was left with empty promises, e.g. a call back from MiWay which I would wait for until I fall asleep.

Today, for the very first time, I was served by Mr Phillip Mohube. He was patient, understanding, helpful, educating and knowledgeable. He gave me a direction which I was never fully given since I made a claim. Because of him my stress went down and I knew what to do with the claim on my car and that of the third party. I'll forever be grateful for people like Mr Philip Mohube. They are so rare, and they are like a drop in the ocean. Thank you very much Mr Mohube. Keep on doing good to other people as well. You deserve 10 of 10.
