Claim follow up.

My vehicle was attempted to be ****** on 2017-12-18 and on the process it was damaged on the front bumper and petrol filter. miway towed my car away as it was not driveable. Miway let me know of my R 4 250 access that i have to pay but i requested to fix my own car and cancel my policy with them but one ofthe consultants adviced me rather i wait for assessment and consider other options like being compensated by miway. I got different sms's different dates letting me know where's my vehicle, unfortunately when I phoned the contacts on the 1st sms they didn't have my car on the system after over three weeks of my incident, I went to the adress on the 2nd sms my car was not there also. I feel that miway is playing games with me, they delaying the process and sending me dubious information which is untrue just to give me false hope as if there's a progress.
