Claim experience

I made a claim with miway,the claim process was easy and user friendly however I had to follow them up whilst they had promised to come back to me and somehow the access I was charged is not what we had initially agreed upon..yes the staff has got excellent customer service s****s..my suggestion going forward..please miway improve on your communication and stick to the agreed contract any amendments please inform and discuss with clients on time
