As a Miway client, I believe I should applaud them for their outstanding, efficient service throughout the claims and panel-beating process. Regardless of the occasional challenges, where one needed to follow up regarding the claim, the insurer remained responsive and supportive; they were actually exceptional in professionalism, and a prompt response made the experience seamless. The claim manager, Mr. Scelo Maseko, was actually professional and so understanding, making the claiming process easier. On the other hand, the TRIOMF panel beater, which was chosen by the insurer, was also extremely exceptional when dealing with the car. Thanks a lot to all of them.
