Claim dispute

My mom has content cover with Miway and has been making monthly payments with no fail. After a small claim on a glass table top hat accidentally broker she was told that she is unable to claim for such an item and that she is not covered for that yet month to month they happily deduct with no clear and concise information pertaining to what exactly deems as content cover.
