Claim department

Bad.will inly pay 14800.00 for my car that is written off as per them .book value 38000.00 .now i need to go strip old parts from cars to fix myself .then after all is aprove and sent for payment then claims department and that after 12 days again want form that i sented and they confirm received.so what a waste of 12 days payment going to take now again 15 working days.because they dont do their work properly or want to delay payment
