Claim delays

I'm still waiting for my authorization to be rectified. It took the entire day yesterday and I still received notification that it was authorised to Durban Central Panelbeaters when the vehicle was assessed and sent to Macrites as per Miway on the Miway app. This is causing unnecessary delays on the claim. Please can you asses the claim with the attention and accuracy it deserves. I'm placing this complaint on the hello Peter site to prevent me waiting further days for the authorisation to be corrected.
