Claim delay

Good Day All, on the 29th of December I logged a claim with mi way claim number C599524 regarding an accident my wife had on x mas day, I called your insurer on the 6th of January to find out the status of my claim only to be told I would be called back, this never happened until I called in on the 15 of January and finaly my clain advisor Kefiloe called me back, last week she told me that the claim is approved and that you are waiting for smd to invoice so that you guys can settle the claim, only for my wife to be called only yesterday to verify the claim, really does it take this long to resolve a claim of a car that is written off????? Do your claim advisors have any TAT, it took you guys more than 2 weeks to assess my car, really??? Please get back to me and get to the bottom of this!!!
