Claim declined because driver was not the owner of the isured car (driver was a 32 year old with licence)

Miway is declining a claim they said the driver at the time of accident was not the owner of the car but the insurance agreement is that someone above the age of 26 with a licence is covered ,The are saying they will give back the monthly insurance premiums ,Please do not use this company to insure your assests they are croocks especially to us the older back people .
