Claim Declined

I had Accident on the on the 20th of January 2016 it was an attempted hijack i run away and i ended up hitting another car. i did a claim via my Way my claim was declined, they claimed i was drunk but i was never tested and they said i **** about who was driving and the police didn't give them my statement.My problem why do they say im **** because i was there and driving and i was not drunk.<br>
