Claim COMPLAIN!

We have been with MiWay. Changed to another Company and came back to MiWay thinking they are a good Insurance company with NO HASSLES. We were so WRONG. I have put in a claim about 2 weeks ago. My car are still drive-able. We have been to an assessment with a panel beater. They have put in the quote. Week later, MiWay let us know they are going to write off my car. The other option is they will give us R7000 to fix it. The quote was R35 000. Untill now, no one from the managers' department phoned me. In my policy they do not state that they only cover my car for R7000 for an accident. The claim adviser does not know what she is doing. How can they not fix my car if it less than the replacement value. I will not recommend MIWAY at all. After my claim is handled with and finished we are definitely moving away from them. They want to gain, and you must just pay.
