Claim cannot be reported - backlog msgs

I reported my serious accident on Friday morning and the road assistance managed to tow the written off car.<br> I was then driven off to the hospital for a full day check up. Once I settled, I was not successful with getting hold of the Miway to follow up on my accident report. I was just kept on the hold with the Voice prompt. I tried later in the evening and the offices were closed.<br> On Saturday, I sent a call back request from the portal, but I have not even received it.<br> On Sunday the office is closed.<br> I called again this morning and I was diverted to the message center and I am still waiting for the call.<br> The consultant advised me that I was meant to call again later on Friday, yet I tried, but no luck with getting through.<br> I first need to get a courtesy car while my case is resolved as I need to go for further check ups and I was very inconvenienced this morning with taking my kids to school.<br> This service is really appalling as I have accepted accident consequences, not I need to battle for assistance with the insurance company I had entrusted. This was a big accident on the N1 Highway 14th Avenue.
