*** Poor Service

I am very dissatisfied with the service from the claims team. Lack of communication and the turnaround time is really frustrating to the core.

As per the Panelbeater, the vehicle was supposed to be completed 6 days ago, but they not able to hand it over to me while its uncompleted (Front cover is outstanding).

A simple engine undercover that attach the front bumper is outstanding and costs R1400 at VW Parts ( as per the Panelbeater) and Miway only approved R450 for the part (Which is standard part replacement), Now I am advised to pay the difference from my own pocket.

Apart from that, I bought the front bumper replacement from my own pocket, Transport and petrol. Was advised that they will not refund me for the bumper and related costs even though the bumper is visible as per pictures captured during the inspection.

I would have been better off fixing the vehicle myself.

I regret why i agreed to switch to Miway Insurance.
