I don't know where to even begin to show my gratitude and appreciation, whether from inception of the policy which was stress free as every detail was covered by the salesperson who took into consideration my needs and the hell i had been through from past experiences with other insurances. He made me feel like i was not a number but a valued client who needs a friend should something happen, and proof of that is, come claim stage, there were never the "he said you said buts and and "but a smooth transition to people who understand that life is more important than a mere vehicle no matter the price.

let me take this opportunity to mention by name since i can't recall everybody by name but the one name i was busy with the whole time, MR Livhuwani Nemandalale.

the claim experience through Livhuwani was as sweet as sugar, it's as if he went through the call to understand what i said was important to me from the inception of the policy which is "SERVICE", at no point did i ever feel the need to pick up the phone to ask for anything or enquire because from the get go i had the roadmap and understood precisely what was expected of me on the basis of what i signed up for and i was given feedback every step of the way ,treated with courtesy and sincerity.

at no point on this whole experience did i experience frustration and feeling like MiWay is only there to debit my account but i felt safe and being treated with care and respect.

Thank you so much Livhuwani and if it was up to me, mi way should multiply and replicate you so that each and every member carries your values.
