I have submitted a claim on the 9 December till today this claim has not been escalated all I have been receiving is phone calls from different people telling me different stories. I have submitted all the required information from my side accident report, pictures of my damaged car as well as the 3rd party details. The person who is assigned for this claim Silindile M has not been helpful at all she only called me once late December asking me if my car has been collected and I advised no it hasn’t it’s still parked at home then she said she’ll call me back till today she has not called me back. The service is ridiculous I always need to follow up as to when my car will be collected nobody from Miway calls me to update me regarding my claim, today is the 4th January and I have no clue what is happening regarding my claim I need to go back to work soon and now I’m just stuck and yet I have “insurance” and yet my premiums are paid up to date ??????? Worst service by far!!!!!!
