Claim C***

Claim C*** When I registered this claim at the time, I informed that there is a noise coming from my front wheels. I informed that due to the pot hole damage, it sounds like by ball joints or stabiliser or some bush had been affected too… You informed that the assessor had a look at it and that there was nothing wrong, hence you guys just replacing my damaged rims. At the time, I also informed that the pothole impact was so severe that it damaged my headlights too. Again the assessor reported that it was not the case.

Its almost 6 months after the incident and I kept on getting these noises etc from the front wheels. I took my vehicle into a reputable mechanic who is a specialist and he reported that the noise is due to me hitting the massive pothole. My suspension is damaged and attached is the report.

I am completely disappointed in my insurance
