Claim

I have being paying my insurance forever and I have never made a claim since I bought a car 2014 now that I heard experience a problem with car,they are telling me they won't be able to assist me with the other damages on my car as I was told that I have to do seperate claims for the damages in my car,yes I did that now they are sending me a letter that was telling me how they made analysis on my claim profile and the frequency in which I claim and claim amounts to my premium are higher than the everage of their clients base,and it will results to the cancellation of my insurance and based on my claim history it will be difficult to get the other insurance,increased excess and increased premium.im asking myself how cause I just claimed and they are the one who said I should make different claims now in seven years of not making a claim,I can't be assisted but they're quick to deduct money on my account.??????
