Claim Approval
Hi guys the reason why I rated you with 5 stars is because I never had any issue with you that's why I even sent a compliment before, but today I'm very disappointed about your service. I've been begging you with my claim but still haven't been assisted. I'm no longer working I'm using this car for business and I have been calling you guys explaining my situation why there is so big delay in approving my claim? Please help me guys.

I would like to Thank Leezhean Williams for his patience and for taking care of me even if I was pressuring him. He put me at the centre and understood my frustration. THANK YOU SO MUCH LEEZHEAN AND OTHER TEAM WHO HAS BEEN ESCALATING THIS FOR ME. It is truley and greatl appreciated!
