Claim approval

Had an accident on the 13th Sep...called my way to lodge the claim on the 14th and informed them that the car was towed since their lines were not working on the 13th they informed me they will take the car from the tower...after 2 weeks i receive a calk from mi way that i should arrange payment for storage with the panelbeater because they wanted to move the car there wich i regused..i did not take my car there besides why did they wait for 2weeks to move my car there<br> It's been over a month since the accident up to this day we waiting approval from claim assessor who has not given us feedback..it will take another 2months for my car to be fixed...do i have to pay for the car that i don't drive...what is the point of having insurance if you will suffer when you want to claim? Maybe the forget that is the only means of transport one has.I have been loyal to mi way for over 3 years and this happened to be my only second claim i made yet they drag their feet...i guess its a sign that they only care about the money they receive nit customers
