Claim against miway insurance

I am having problem with my way regarding my claim I was involved in an accident and the other bumped me on the left front side. I sent everything to them and no response until I started calling them. I even then I was sent from pillar to post. They say my car is insured at 10% 0f the insured amount which is about 73000 of the access and damages to my car are 35000 and are refusing ro fix it because access is above the claim. I when I query the lady asked me why the advisor did not advise me on the options that were available and why dis he not explain the 10% in rand value. If he had done so I would not have taken the insurance from the start. I am feeling mislead by the advisor, his intention was for him to secure the deal.
