I claimed in February and till date I still don’t have a laptop it’s been the hardest first semester ever encountered like the assessor Ramano is just lazy and has made me feel that my premiums were never worth it to Miway. Due to the Covit-19 and doing exams online it’s been real.
Miway request for all the supporting docs and I sent them to them but till date they are going around in circles.
If they are faking to replace a simple MacBook how can they replace your car?
Miway is pathetic and I regret taking insurance with them!

Your assessor had made me very upset. Miway is going around in circles and truly is a bad decision- I am in the process of getting everyone I recommend Miway to to cancel their policy because I never did the R1k referral thing I did it from the goodness of my heart so form the goodness of my heart They are canceling because Miway cannot replace a MacBook that R22k how can they pay for your car? Never have I ever seen such bad treatment and as for Ramano he needs to go for training and stop being lazy! I am a client and I know my premiums never made a difference for the past 2.5 years it’s a lesson, Ramano Rambau is the reason why you about to lose more than X amount of clients that have been with Miway for more than 1 year loyal clients because Miway is a lie it’s a big fat lie and these are my family members.
My future is ****ed with and it’s ****ing me off you guys are a waste!

I have a claim with them and I need to beg them for feedback if I keep quiet then they don’t get back to me, today it’s 6 months later and guess what still no laptop, *********** assessor and management!
Please kindly please, please Miway is so bad they are failing to replace a simple laptop and have no form of communication to their clients, they can never afford to pay for your car! Please please you will thank me later! Miways marketing team is on a 100% but they actually operate like Joe Soap around the corner when they need to pay out!!!
I am broken, emotionally Drained, they actually accused me of not having my laptop as my laptop after proving that I had the item!
I struggled to do my Exams, my assignments while they are sitting on their fat asses, my personal life’s content is on hold because of ****en Miway
It’s really bad and disappointing.
The funny thing is that after posting this complaint they will be running like headless chickens them nothing happens after!
Hay!.. they even canceled my insurance without any communication imagine your premium getting paid back into your account just like that, then I thought is this a lock down off month?.. only to find out that they cancelled my policy ????????????☹️☹️☹️☹️ ????
