Claim A AAc Useless Service

Hi There,<br> <br> I placed a claim over 2 weeks ago, the claim was approved after I went to a panel beater recommended by your company. A week after the claim was approved (I have all sms's and emails) I get contacted telling me they need more info. Since then I have not heard a thing and I have been waiting 2 weeks since APPROVAL and have nothing. Truly the worst service I have ever received and I deal with MTN!<br> <br> I am not even the guilty party in this accident but I am paying all excess and whatever is needed. Please sort this out as soon as possible<br> <br>
