CLAIM
<p>on the 27/06/2017 had a vehicle accident with one of miway client and she submitted the report to miway.</p> <p> </p> <p>we submitted all the documents needed from our side. our vehicle is not fixed and it doesnt lock, its risky to leave it overnight and during the day unclocked.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i contacted MIWAY today i was told they give first preferance to their clients and they will attend to my car later. its almost a month and nothing is happening,</p> <p> </p> <p>their client was the one who bumped my car at the back now her car is fixed ours is just a 3rd party case they will attend to it later.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not accepetable or they must tell their client to fix our car.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

See the attached qoutatios that were requested by Miway and there was no list of Panelbeaters given to us to send the vehicle for quotes and we took the vehicle to Randfontein Panelbeaters and Denmar wesrand.
An assessor came to assess the vehicle using those 2 qoutes.
To our surprise Miway approved VDS , we don’t have a quotation from VDS and how did they assess the vehicle without it.
Please check your files and update accordingly.

i'm waiting for the RELEASE forms from Marietjie, the same procedure that was done on VDS, let it be done on Randfontein and Denmar, they are the 2 panelbeaters who qouted on my vehicle.
