<p>I have a car insurance with Miway for about ayeat and six months now, and submitted my first claim on the 16 Jan 2017, and today I've been told that theu are declining the claim reason being damages cost less than excess which is R11 000 vs R15000.</p> <p> </p> <p>My claim registration number is C813389</p> <p> </p> <p>This is what they never axplained nor mentioned while i.was signin up for insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>That means it is useless and loss to me as I've been paying all this time, I think FSB should look into cases like these as we loosing money knowomg that we are covered but they only decline because thay have made enough money robbing us.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
