claim

On the 28 February 2016 I was bumped by miway client, we went to the police station and OB was obtained.I have received a claim number from the person who bumped my car which they have claimed from MIWAY insurance.I then called miway with the claim number which was on the 02 March 2016.I was then told of what documents to submit I then submit-ed the documents the claim/case.since then I have been callings miway no feed back or anything I was told that an assessor will get back to me but .the service that miway is rendering for me as a third party is pathetic.I have been waiting fo a month for my car to be fixed.
