I was involved in a hit and run accident which I ended up in a hospital and the car is a right off. It has been three weeks since the incident yet a representative of miway said she is still waiting for hospital records then I called at the hospital to ask about the record I was told that it was going to take 30 working days for them to send it to send the file to the headquarters, by the looks of it I don't know what is it that they want from the hospital record hence it was during the week and I was from work and I work shifts every week so now they don't want to help me, please can someone help me out because I need to be mobile hence I work shifts, even when the metro police were at the seen they saw that the car was hit from behind yet miway insurance the say they need to do an investigation and don't know what is it that they need more time and I have been compliant to them in a best way possible.
