On the 24th of Dec 2015 my Vehicle was ****** at the Rock in Rockville Soweto<br> <br> With the public holidays I was only able to call my insurance Miway on the Monday , I spoke to NomfaneloN who was the claim consultant that assisted me in registering my claim , during the registering of my claim I could not speak as I was heartbroken and in tears. Would like to thank her and tell everyone that she is the best claims consultant that I have come across , she sympathized and was very patient with me through out our conversation she told me how the process was going to work and that I would be contacted by an L.A within 1 hour I was contacted by Deon the person that was going to be investigating the claim.<br> <br> words cannot describe how I feel about these 2 individuals I am grateful to them and how they helped me with my claim , most people have a negative attitude toward insurance companies but I say Miway insurance is totally different.<br> Miway has settled my claim within 5days.<br> <br> Nomfanelo and Deon I pray the Almighty to bless u in all ventures of life may I not be the only customer u treat fairly but all the people you assist , 2016 IS GOING TO BE YOUR YEAR OF SUCCESS AND PROMOTIONS.
