Claim
I made a claim on my home and they regret my claim citing that the fault was man made,and there is no reply about the television yet.

19 Jul 2023, 20:42Update: The lady called me today and gave me a few options and 1 of them was to get a re-assessment for the house claim. The third time they called it was about my TV that costed my son R7000. I would have to pay R4500 for excess but the TV worth on their end is R4900. Now get this, theu would give me the deficit of which it would be 490 that's the dumbest thing I've heard in my life which TV is worth R490???!! Sick behavior and completely *********. Save yourself from getting insurance from this ******* company!!!!
