Good day. Your delay tactics with my query makes me question if you really think i deliberately burnt my car, the query was assigned from one person to another, Olga sent me an email requesting a letter from the finance house as if the query is complete and is ready to be settled. and now an assessor is sent to me to interrogate me again with questions that i have already answered, do you know how hurtful it is to wait for the outcome for over 5 days, been without a car , having memories of your burnt car. no guys come on you can do better than this i have a right to complain, the longer it drags the more i get burnt financially. its as if this claim was about to be settled and it was reversed and given to another consultant who will make sure that at the end of the day the claim does not get paid. what proof do you want to further investigate this, a dead body perhaps. i am sitting, not been able to move from one place to another. i await your feedback! it better be sooner so that i can consider options i have.
