Claim

I have been a MiWay client for over =/_ 7 years now, in all these years I have had nothing but sheer pleasure doing business with them and being their client, I had 3 accidents in 3 months and MiWay handled all my claims with care and with the out most professionalism ever. But now I just called Miway to inform them that my car won`t be ready on time and I have to take back the courtesy car spoke to Nthabiseng who really did not sound interested in my case, and as much as I have read the terms of the contract, all am saying is that can they work out a plan for me to extend the hired car`s days?? Its very disappointing to get such cold responses MiWay, as I still wait for Nthabiseng to chat to management and get back to me (lets not forget that I have been your client for all these years, lets not let one tiny extension ruin our friendship, hope to hear from you soon!!!!
