Claim

I took this insurance out for my car firstly I wanted to claim for my car damage that wasn't even 3000.00 they told me to pay 7500.00 excess then I told them that I am a pensioner and haven't got that money theu told me my brother can claim against my policy and I do not have to pay excess for third party claim we tried but they told me because we stay together on one premises he cannot claim my car ran into his concrete wall and the damage there was also 3900 so upset with them why did I pay all that money on the insurance if the have so much nonsense I really do not recommend them to anybody I am a very unhappy client
