CLAIM

I put a claim under my warranty with MIWAY, i have been a loyal client for 3 years and this was my first claim. Well the claim took longer than acceptable to be processed, a whooping 3 weeks, but today i choose to focus on the customer service i received besides my impatience. The consultant, Mr Mxolisi Kay, was very very helpful. He assisted in every way he could, kept in touch with me to make sure i am updated of the progress. From the minute he learned that i haven't been helped, he took it upon his shoulders to drive my matter until the very last day. So i just wanna say big ups to him, thank you very much for the excellent service Mxolisi.
