Claim

On 4 march 2015 I've submitted a claim it is now the 3rd week no feedback nothing from the insurance ,every time I have to phone than they will ask me for documents, it is really unacceptable from an insurance company .I have never skipped or did a late payment on my insurance all my vehicles and household goods are insured with them. It was so quick to take up insurance and deducting money but claiming becomes a whole different story it's like they don't want to pay out.
