Christina Kekana at her Best#CustomerRetention
Was not happy about my premiums for 2021 and dealt with Christina Kekana, what a helpful and cheerful lady. My premiums were dropped lower than expected and I was over and above happy with it. Thank you Christina and do keep up with great customer care and for demonstrating customer retention skills which is so crucial for a giant organization like Miway
