I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent treatment I got recently from one of your team members.

I mostly welcomed her effort to explain the different options that are available within the product I m using. The value and advantages of keeping the product versus not having one. Her promptness in phoning at agreed times, feed back, feedback and feedback was her strength as well, and always asking what one thinks and why.
