Charmaine in claims efficient

Charmaine in the claims department is helpful and efficient. I have been dealing with Huwane with my claim and it has been a nightmare dealing with him, he never responds to emails or is never available telephonically. I have requested to deal with another consultant but it fell upon deaf ears. Charmaine was great to deal with - keep up the good work. Someone needs to give Huwane tips on how to deals with customers
