Charged broker fees which I have no relation to?

So my annual increase took place and I noticed I’m being charged a broker fee? Immediately I reached out to Miway to question this. When I took out cover a year I called directly with no relation to any broker. How does Miway verify brokers? You can’t pay brokers if they have no relation to your clients! That’s *****ing! I demand a refund for all these fees taken.

Furthermore your service is pathetic. Precious Nyakombi mailed me saying this broker fees will be canceled. No mention if this funds will be recovered was made. I sent her two mails on Monday 30th May 2022 no response todate. Is this how you treat valued clients?
