So miway has the option to call you back for general enquires, I got a call back instantly and did the following in 10mins: 1. Spoke to Zandile who helped me change the banking details, she then kindly transferred me to: 2. Lerato who helped me save on the premium I had, she even discussed options I had in that 5mins
