Changed my excess without notifying me
I have been paying the same premium for my policy on my car since taking it out, but when I changed some information today I realized that my excess is now over 1000 rand more than what it was on my original policy, when I back tracked the paper trail I realized it had changed quite a while ago and I was never notified. Weak form MiWay, they could at least have notified me so that I could up my premium. Now I will cancel all three my policies with them purely out of principle.
