Change of policy cover

I am not happy with the treatment I'm getting from Miway. I submitted my tracker installation certificate over a week ago and even received confirmation that my email will be attended to. Today I woke up to an insurance cover that has been changed with the said cover removed. To top it all MiWay still uses incorrect vehicle registration that were corrected over a month ago. I really don't know what I'm supposed to do because I was told by your employee that I should use the *** email to send my certificate, of which I did and received confirmation.
