Miway call center agent was very professional, efficient and helpful. Took up a cover for my sister and later needed to cancel as the bank would not accept me paying the insurance for her on a new car... Even though my sisters new car was successfully added on my existing policy Lydia was happy to assist me with the required changes and also called tracker to also cancel at no charge
