Change of address

I called mi-way insurance requesting to change the address where the car will be parked during day and night time and it totally affected my premium so bad that it increased my premium with +- R100.00 and the lady who was doing all the amendments said she can only decrease the premium with R10.00 and I Was not happy at all hence I requested to be transferred to the Snr Retention officer before I exhaust all resources, by luck Zakheni was able to change my premium to the new value which made me happy with the same benefits and she emphasized how valuable am I to the company
