Cellphone claim that is taking forever

So how long does one basically have to wait for a claim of a cellphone after all documents have been sent through? Its been more than 2 days now since I submitted all the necessary required documents and you are taking forever to finalise my claim, I dnt know y every time when one claims you drag your feet to finalise it? Truly speaking I have never been satisfied with the turn around times for your claims, It is really frustrating.
