Cellphone claim taking too long

I registered a claim with Miway for a Cellphone, Prescription glasses, hand bag and contents. I have been without a phone for two weeks and its not pleasant at all :( I was patient and ran around to get the information that Miway requested. The claim is still not finalised they waiting for a phone location report as I was advised. what saddens me the most is that they don't know when is the claim going to be finalised and I need the phone by Friday- I really liked Miway that's why I chose to insure with Miway I have even referred two people who have full comprehensive cover with Miway - I only wonder if a mere cell phone claim takes this long what's going happen with me if I have a big serious claim as my car, home contents are insured with Miway.<br> I didn't expect this from Miway - I am extremely sad :( -
