Cellphone claim processed efficiently

I am just at a loss for words on how helpful Tyrell Kallee was in processing my claim. My phones were ****** on Monday and by today (Wednesday morning) my claim was processed and the service provider is ready for me to collect my replacement devices. Firstly, Tyrell was empathetic and checked in on my physical and mental wellbeing and reassured me that he will do his best to help me out - which he absolutely did. I think he broke some kind of record for how quickly and efficiently he helped me out. He deserves a promotion!
