CASE NO: *** - 02 March 2020 Car Accident

I have been with MiWay for more than 5 years and the experience these days is below par. I was involved in an accident in 2 March 2020, and the "beauty" of it is that my car was drivable. Fast forward, instead of repairing the damages through their preferred Panelbeaters, i decided to file a disclaimer and repair the cost myself. The difference was paid and as it is normal, my access was suppose to be paid by the person who bumped into me.

It has been more than 5 months and i am still waiting for my access, the lady who is handling my access issue is not playing the ball like she has to. Two weeks back she called me trying to convince me to accept what the other insurance is offering and claiming to have got the best deal given the circumstances. I told her several things which she could have done instead of playing in the hands of this other insurance since i was not in the wrong and proof thereof she has it in an audio. She promised to come back to me before Friday(two weeks back) since we spoke on a Monday or Tuesday.

I am not a lawyer nor related to one, but this case i can easily win it for my client and ensure that s/he is given all the monies s/he has spent thus far.

I want this matter to be resolved before this end of the week, OR else, i will be taking my business elsewhere.
