Case C604335
I was entering Spar vincent when Andiswa Khekhezwa reverse into my car left rear, she apologised and we opened a case at police station. Two quotes amongst other documents were requested from me and I delivered but now Miway is playing hide and seek saying I must also pay 20% as I should have avoided the incident, How? The worst part my car is rusting and they told me they will pay R4800 whereas the quotes are R10 000.86 and R10 200.00. I would like to know why Miway is running away from their responsibility before I take further action?
